Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute (preferred)
• Registered IOW with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction site supervision / Inspector of Works role
• Experience in water supply projects is an added advantage
• Willing to perform full-time site supervision
• Able to coordinate works between sub-contractors to ensure smooth workflow
• Assist Resident Engineer in ensuring contract deliverables are executed properly
• Possess valid driving license
• Willing to travel when required

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3 to 5 years relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently
• Able to meet deadlines consistently
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle multiple accounting journal entries, month-end closing, and annual audit preparation
• Perform daily transaction entries into accounting system
• Maintain records such as invoices and payment vouchers
• Monitor customer invoices and payment issues
• Ensure proper and accurate e-document filing
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
• Manage bookkeeping, accounting, and administrative tasks
• Liaise with auditors, customers, and external parties when required
• Perform intercompany balance confirmations
• Bank reconciliation
• Assist in internal financial controls and procedures
• Inventory control knowledge is an added advantage
